  • Kierland has a total of 8 UDC homes, 10 town homes, and 5 Lofts on the market through the MLS.   Average days on market are 164 and average price per square foot of $368.17 (not including for sale by owner)
  • The largest house in Kierland according to recent MLS data is 3630 sqft
  • Average price per square foot for a home being sold is $270 per sqft
  • Pending sales are currently priced at $262 a sqft (these have yet to record)
  • 7 homes sold in the month of July – 4 went pending in July
  • Highest sale to ever record for a Kierland UDC home is now $900k
