Artesia Scottsdale Opening Soon Call Today

Artesia’s 480 homes and 22,000 sqft of retail space are going to be available soon.

Formal pricing hasn’t been released as of yet although the builder has mentioned a range of $450k to over $1.5 million for some of the larger units.

Floor plans will be available in the next few weeks.

Sales office opens in late December although The Holm Group will be able to write contracts for this community before the sales office opens to the general public.

The owner of the Greer Lodge Resort, a dentist and an attorney and president of a development company are among the buyers and sellers in this weeks done deals.

$4,675,000 David C. Colby bought an 11,720 square-foot, four bedroom, six bathroom Mediterranean estate with 520 square-foot negative edge pool originally built in 2002 at Desert Mountain northwest of Desert Mountain-Outlaw Golf Course in Scottsdale. The home features views that span the Tonto National Forest and the Valley floor below from one of the highest home sites in Desert Mountain. The gated home, on over four acres, features an elevator, wine room, media room, atrium and includes a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom guest home with kitchen and living room. Courtyard includes dramatic waterfall, spa and multiple sundecks. Sale includes a $325,000 Desert Mountain Golf Membership. The home was sold by Graham Stanley Kemp and his wife Nicole.

$3,375,000 Shannon M. Maas purchased a new six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom, 7,250-square-foot home with a pool, spa, and 6-car garage. The home, which also has a one-bedroom kitchen guesthouse with a kitchen, is at the Camelback Country Club Estates, west of the Camelback Golf Club in Paradise Valley. $2,950,000 Steven and Rhonda Maun purchased a new 5-bedroom, 6 1/2-bathroom, 7,150 square-foot home with 410 square-foot pool and guest casita at Camelback Country Club Estates west of the Camelback Golf Club in Paradise Valley. The home features scraped walnut floors, Cantera stone fireplaces, spectacular chandeliers, marble countertops and Subzero, Wolf, Fischer and Payel and Asko appliances, along with butler’s pantry with wine cooler. Master bedroom with walk-in closets and luxury bath. The living room has a dramatic wall of glass which opens at a touch to the outside covered patios. Steve Maun is an attorney , president and partner at RED Development LLC based in Kansas City, Mo. The home was sold by Maverick Builders of Sun Lakes. $2,650,000 Black Family Investment, a Canadian Limited Partnership in Regina, Saskatchewan, paid cash for a 5,494 square-foot home with 540 square-foot pool originally built in 1999 at Vista Camello east of the Paradise Valley Country Club in Paradise Valley. The home was sold by David A. Dischler and Tena M. Dischler, as Trustees of the Dischler/Turco Family Trust. David Dischler is a doctor of dental surgery in Scottsdale.
